A Kitchen Crafted in Macrocarpa

For this project, the Hansen Timber Owners have transformed our Macrocarpa boards into a stunning, bespoke kitchen, celebrating the warmth, grain and natural character of solid timber.

Finished with Osmo Oil in the Amber tint, the Macrocarpa took on a rich, honey-toned warmth that enhances the natural grain and creates a beautifully cohesive finish throughout the cabinetry. The clean lines and understated detailing allow the timber to speak for itself, creating a kitchen that feels both contemporary and timeless.

This project is a beautiful example of how Hansen Timber boards can be used beyond traditional applications to create something truly individual. Designed around natural materials and finished with care, this kitchen showcases the beauty of timber craftsmanship — and the difference that choosing the right timber can make.
